REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At Happionary LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, we are willing to provide you with a refund or exchange service. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Return time: You have 7 days from the date you received the product to request a return. If you exceed this period, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange service.
Product condition: The returned product must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging and all accessories (such as manuals, accessories, etc.). If the product has been used or damaged, a refund may be refused. - Request a return

Product name
Purchase date
Reason for return
Return approval: Once we receive the application, we will review it within 1-3 business days and notify you by email whether the return is approved.
- Return Shipping
Return Address: If the return request is approved, we will reply to you with the return address. Please make sure to send the product back as instructed.
Shipping Costs: Unless there is a quality problem with the product, the shipping costs of the return are usually borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of the package. - Refund Processing
Refund Time: After receiving the returned product, we will check to ensure that it meets the return conditions. After passing the review, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. The refund will be returned to the account you used when paying. - Exchange Policy
Exchange Application: If you need an exchange, please indicate it in the return application. Exchanges will follow the same process as returns. Regarding the shipping costs of exchanges, the specific rules are the same as above. - Special Circumstances
